Pages are read one at a time in your browser. Review the recognised text before downloading. Layout and scientific symbols may need correction. Up to 20 PDF pages.

Conversion notes

Scanned PDF to editable Word: Use Recognise text. It rebuilds recognised writing as editable text with approximate positioning and retained artwork. Check symbols, tables and diagrams before use.

Standard PDF to Word/PowerPoint: Every PDF page is placed visually into the Office file, preserving appearance but not rebuilding scanned writing as editable text.

Word/PowerPoint to PDF: Text, tables, pictures, and slide content are exported. Advanced animations, embedded media, charts, and Office-only effects may be simplified.

Password-protected documents are not processed.

Privacy: OCR runs in your browser. To build Word, retained page artwork and recognised text are uploaded to this server and assembled in memory; files are not added to quizzes, profiles, or the document library.
